Supported Living Services (SLS)

Our Supported Living Services (SLS) program provides specific services needed by adults with developmental disabilities who continue to live with their families, are independent in their homes or reside in assisted living or nursing home facilities. The SLS program can provide personal care, assistance with cleaning, shopping, and general medical needs, budgeting support, day activities and supported employment to enhance their quality of life.
